Yea, it is (thanks Britton and JayD). It has a couple hundred more rounds down the tube since I posted the ad, but everything else is still the same.

Not at all. It's a U.S. Optics SN3 3.2-17x44mm ERGO. GAP IR reticle, 1/10mil. EREK elevation and 1/10mil. US #3 M40 windeage w/ a 2" sunshade on it.

I am sure the scope HAS to be included..... How about the Triad tactical bean bag and bipod, are those included? Can you paint the Bean Bag to match the Rifle and Scope?
