Yea the injunction is permanent for everyone now. All stores are selling with braces again. Even online.

Big name brands are starting to send out products with braces again.

My buddy who works at another FFL in the area sent me a screen shot from his Sig rep with a ad saying pre order the new MPX sku# with folding brace.

And magically major distributors like Lipseys have mpx without braces on sale right now.
