wait why arent they waving the confederate flag of supposed slavery loving and black hating? Im confused.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on what constitutes "dealt with properly", and why one should be "dealt with properly" for having an opinion contrary to yours.

I haven't read anywhere that they are restricting citizens from owning a rebel flag. Some of the state legislation are removing it from state ground. State and federal entities are in place to govern the community as a whole. They should be represented as such. I still say the flag isn't the problem, it's the hate groups that use it as a banner that caused the commotion. If you see sagging pants you think thug.
Don't let word out that just about every one of the original buildings at Southeastern Louisiana University were named for Confederate Generals. I lived a long time in Lee Hall and there is Clark, Livingston, Taylor, Sims, Meade, and Mims Halls.
I'm sure there are a few more, that's just the ones I remember .
Those can't stay...have to erase the memory of the offending Confederate's.

Shouldn't we now ban the American Flag too?
Considering that the US flag was carried while committing atrocities, this is no surprise to me!
It was over a lot more than owning slaves!
And yes I own 2 flags one is 50 star one and one has an X on it.
I also have black family, and a black mother in-law.
I do not feel as tough my X Flag is meant to disrespect any person of a color!
And what gets me the most is no one is just an American! They must be a this or that American! Andi can race back my roots to being a real Acadian real far back.
I do not go around saying I am a Acadian-Ameican. I also refuse o check of white non Hispanic!
Maybe should check other and put in Acadian-Ameican

I am really not surprised at the ignorance of some people about ISIS. They are too busy complaining about a battle standard from an army that no longer exists to even care about a very real enemy that exists in the present time.
