Anyone have experience with their holsterS?
I had one and didn't care for it. My advice would be to have one made and stick with soft loops. I have bent those metal clips straight out and have cracked FOMI clips clean off. Don't get me wrong I do still use FOMI clips on mag pouches but never will I use them on a holster again.
I have this for my shield, it's very comfortable, great retention and no issues with the clip. I have been using it for 4 months.I like FOMI clips and never broke one. This is my XDS.45 in holster by Rubicon Tactical. After buying too many uncomfortable holsters, I found these and have his holster for every carry pistol.

I like the clips because a belt isn't required, ie gym shorts or similar. I know that's not ideal, but less than ideal is better than none, and I don't really go out in public like that.
In order of reliability:
1) Rubber Coated Webbing Soft Loops (not the rubber only loops) - Preferably with Pull-the-Dot snaps
2) FOMI clips - If flexible washer spacers are not used, they will crack.
3) Kydex formed clips - Kydex will flex, but will snap with too much flex.
4) Integral Kydex clips - Least reliable. When they break, the entire holster needs to be replaced.
There are reasons why Raven gets all of their hardware manufactured specifically for them.
Ive been carrying a raven iwb phantom since 2010 with the coated webbed soft loops and they are still going strong.
But soft loops are proven to be more reliable and would make the holster no less comfortable so why not go with the more reliable option?
I have caught the little finger pull on the bottom of the clip on stuff and ripped them right off. Doing force on force type stuff I've had holsters with clips fall right off.
I like FOMI clips because the holster stays put on my belt and when I draw.
