I am kind of surprised that 6 people so far have voted no. Even though he is not natural born, he is still a citizen and is entitled to all the rights that go along with that.

What's a sad statement of our membership, is that we're up to 14 now. :/

All US citizens should be granted to the rights any other citizen receives. If we aren't able to extract any info from him because he lawyers up and stays quiet, then so be it; we should still have enough of a case to execute his ass.

im shocked at the audacity of any member here that has ever complained about their rights being violated, that would then state that this guy doesn't deserve his.

if they are NOT american citizens, they are not protected and do not have the rights thereto. example: gitmo detainees
if they ARE citizens, no matter the atrocity they deserve the same procedure that we receive. example: Timothy Mcveigh

he's going to face a jury of american citizens that saw this attack 100 times on television. don't worry about the outcome...

There was a reason why gitmo detainees were there instead of in the mainland usa. To avoid that question all together. EVERYONE regardless of citizenship is afforded DUE PROCESS under our laws....

Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged in his hospital room Monday with using a weapon of mass destruction to kill _ a crime that carries a possible death sentence.

    I doubt that will stick.

I would think the Alphabet Agencies Legal Team is better versed in Federal Law than most of us on BS.
