There are only certain things that I'm really looking for right now, because I'd like to apply for my concealed carry permit before the end of the year, so I'm trying not to get any other "random" guns that don't fit into that agenda (for now at least).

I have no idea. I purchased the parts kit and compliance parts myself and brought it over to Will for him to build it (and he got the receiver for me).

So I don't know if he produces 5.45s like this on a regular basis, although with 5.45 Saigas in production now that might give you another option in the future (for one of Will's famous Saiga conversions).
