    I wonder if he meant lawfully...as in "police cant sit in the median with the lights off and then pull you over for speeding but you wouldnt have been speeding if you would have been able to see them" type thing..

    I wonder if he was asking if it was lawful. Like some people think its entrapment for a cop to sit in the median at night with no lights on and then pull you over for speeding. Or that officers HAVE to identify themselves when asked if they are cops, if not it can be considered entrapment

    Some people just think it's illegal that speedtraps even happen. Of course, they tend to be of the sovereign citizen movement too.
