It may have been Military patrol boats such as the SEAL Teams that practice in the Pearl River area.

I believe there is a company who makes those boats and they launch in the Pearl, someone I know who is a cop in Bogalusa got to go on a ride.

I saw the video, didn't seem like S.W.C.C. boats....no mini guns mounted, looked to only have .50's front and rear !! Video is on youtube !!

United States Marine INC. in Gulfport, MS and New Orleans, La builds the boats .I Have seen them in the yard at Lorraine Road yard in MS.

I have not seen the boats, but I can tell you that Drones are being launched from the Navy Base in Belle Chasse. I live near the base and have seen and heard them. Probably being used by Customs and DEA to combat smuggling, but who knows. Maybe the NSA...

I have a buddy who was a medic with SBT-22 right after Nam. At the time they were based in Algiers and would transit that area on the way to the Pearl for training. Now they have a base at Stennis but use various waterways for training. Ya'll can take off the tin foil hats.
