Vortex brand scopes???

Doing a .338 lapua build. Looking into some optics and found a Vortex Viper PST, 6-24 FFP, iluminated mrad reticule for 900. Has anyone had anyexperience with Vortex Scopes.

I have two Razor HD's and have had 0 issues with them. Several people have been running into quality control issues with the PST's, but they are new scopes and Vortex will stand behind them and make them right.

Vortex has been a relatively new kid on the block (1986) compared to Leupold, Nikon, Burris, Simmons etc, but they have had great reviews and in the last several years in the Regional / National 3 Gun Shooting Matches we have been to, they have been major sponsors, there are several shooters that swear by their optics, personally I have not used theirs, but at a match in May, I spoke to one of the VP's and I was impressed by their products / pitch as they had a booth set up, the reviews also look promising

The Vortex scopes are nice scopes. They stand behind their product. Had a Razor and plan to get one of the new ones soon.
