Just let the ranchers in the area start shooting them again like they used to do until about 5 years ago. Leave them for the coyotes and buzzards.

The second-generation (Salvadorean) MS-13 attempted "hit" in the Harvey, LA, Wall-Mart parking lot last year was enough evidence for me.

MS-13 killed the guy's dad 10 years earlier in San Salvador, then shot up his suburban, hitting his wife in the ear, while the 'burban was full of kids in the parking lot.
