"Franklin told police no one was wearing their hunter's orange safety vests when the shooting happened."

"Franklin was booked with negligent homicide early Sunday. He was released Christmas Day on a $10,000 bond."

So if Franklin did shoot his buddy while he was wearing his orange vest, that should be pretty easy to prove with forensic testing/an autopsy. Seems there would be orange fibers in his GS wound/flesh somewhere. If Franklin did remove the guy's vest after shooting him. Then there is a bloodied orange vest somewhere. Buried, in his truck in a plastic bag perhaps? Disposed of immediately after leaving in his vehicle?

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. "Bad boy, bad boys, what ya gonna do? What ya gonna do when they come for you?"
