As far as the concealed goes.. As stated above..If its not purposely concealed then its not considered concealed..

According to USCG regulations you are allowed to have a firearm on a boat.

I have Glock 23. I would think that in most situations after you show it much less shoot it, the dude won't be so bad.

Bayou Francois is the only place I could imagine a boat would go inside the city limits of Gonzales.
