WTB: Ruger 10/22

I got in on a group buy for a Ruger 10/22 target barrel so now I need a rifle to install it. Anyone looking to sale one?

You probably already know this, but Walmart and Academy usually have them for cheap. BassPro does too at times.

Yes, I am aware of Walmart, Academy, and the other big box retailers...fyi, my local wally worlds pulled firearms sales after Katrina. Since I will immediately replace the barrel, stock, hammer, etc., I thought it might be a good idea to buy one used.

The group buy was through AR15.com. The barrel was manufactured by Majestic Arms for $119. Sorry but the group buy is closed.

120 gets mine and 2 ten round clips and a 30 round banana clip... paid 200 for it 6 months ago

i had to buy a new 10/22 from walmart. even though just like you as soon as i got it tore it to pieces.

Looking for a used reasonably priced 10/22. Basically, I want it for the receiver.....all other major parts will be replaced.

i'll ask my roommate if he wants to part with his. i don't know if you remember me but i tagged along with him when you bought that mini-14 from him and you came into pf chang's one day to pick up a to-go order while i was still working there.

I've seen companies that sell just the receivers & they are always more than a whole 10/22 NIB. They must be better than the original, whether they need to be or not. If Ruger would sell them at premium price they might make just as much profit.
