wow never seen one. how big is that thing? looks the size of your hand in the picture. spiders creep me out. i've been known to roll backwards off the fourwheeler to avoid a bannana spider to the face. needless to say if i see a spider it is usually dead shortly after.

True story,
When I first met my wife, she had a sea shell in her spare bathroom on the tub.
I casually asked her why>
She said for the wolfy? to which I said, huh? the wolf spider ...
I for three years watched a series of baby wolf spiders be born and raised out of that shell, then the adults would come down to the drain and get what little water they needed and carry on with their spider business..

Maybe 2 3/4"-3" (guessing without a ruler to measure it by) in diameter, iirc.
