We are still compiling the numbers. Cannon requires us to purchase a truck load (80 safes) so we have to make sure there is enough interest before we can order that many at one time.
We are trying to hammer out an order with Cannon again and were trying to judge interest. What they are offering:
SCOUT SERIES 14 - $599 + tax

SCOUT SERIES 19 - $649 + tax

All safes would need to be picked up...
^ This is right on the money. I dont have a dog in the race as we sell both but my newest personal AR has a Spikes Middy upper and I have absolutely no complaints. The Colts are nice though, but I wanted a middy and Colt does not make them so my decision was kind of made for me, but I have no...
We are currently looking for a web developer to help implement changes and maintain our currently website, www.richiesoutdoors.com
The site is currently up and running so maintenance would be our main concern. This would not be an in-house position and more of a part time contract work...
Lots of variable to cconsider.
If you want to fit 18 guns AND have shelving, you are going to have to look into the 36+ gun safes. Those 18 guns they say it will hold are long guns with no pistol grips, scopes, etc. Just the firearm itself. An AR for instance will take up about 3 spots...
I'm not believing that they "cut off all exports to the US" but I just checked all of my distributors and they are all currently out of 7.62X39 where they had cases available just a few days ago. :dunno:
UPS and FedEx require handguns to go Next Day Air, which as you found is very expensive. FFL holders still have to ship handguns via air but we are allowed to send them 2nd Day Air, which is quite a bit cheaper. Not sure why the rules are what they are. They can also ship it USPS, but quite a...
You can go with a longer quad rail, but if you wanted to keep your front sight and not swap it out with a low profile gas block and purchase a rail mounted front sight you would have to go with something like this:
Now, if you are ok with getting rid of your front sight and going with a low...
Ive never used one personally but we have sold a ton of those stocks, probably 50-60-ish since they came out, and not one complaint has come back to us. Everyone seems to like them.
We totally agree but this is what the customer wanted so we went with it. He specifically asked for the "tiny holes" type of stipping. We are working on perfecting other types/designs as well.
No offense taken. This was the first stippling job our guy ever did so we think he did pretty good for a first timer. Figuring that he was still coloring outside the lines this time last month we think thats a big step. :D
Moving him from this :
To this:
was a BIG first step.
Did a stippling job on a Glock 22. Ground off the finger grooves and the back serrations, stippled the grip, added night sights and also Duracoated the slide Coyote.
Let us know what you think!
We got in a Winchester 94 that had seen better days. The metal was in pretty rough condition so we decided to make it our test piece. We took it all down, prepped the metal and sprayed it a coyote brown Duracoat. Left the wood alone as it was in decent shape. I think it turned out pretty good.
