It's a mountain bike I rode on the road. Well, the levee.

When they had River Road closed for repairs from Brightside to Ben Hurr, it was awesome. Just take over the road and go. I'd go down past the casino, etc. too. One day I did there, back, there, back, to Ben Hurr in the middle of the afternoon in the summer. It was amazing. Had that tanline till the next spring.

Well air up those tires and come with us!
I rode up on the levee road last night by the casino.... But it was on my bike bike lol. We stopped their for a break and some pictures. It was about 7 of us we left from hooters in Denham after bike night.
I didn't get any on my phone it was dead but I had some from earlier that night. (I'm the blue bike)

I just got another bike June 26th. I tested my comfort for a couple days then went for my first goal and I hit It pretty well .

I ride motorcycles a lot on the weekends but I don't mind doing this instead one day a weekend or in the afternoons during the week. I'm off by 3:30 most the time

Be careful riding those bikes up on the PMAC ramp. Not for safety reasons though. Just a friendly FYI.

Haha thanks. It's all good. I had permission I always do. We aren't hurting anything. Makes for a good place to take a break and get a pic or too if you want.

I'd say! I did 1.25 yesterday in 10 minutes for a warmup to my weight workout. It felt pretty darn good!

Running or biking?

I just ran 1 mile in 6 min 49 seconds. Then I finished it off by jogging a nice half mile to finish off the run. Total time was near 11 mins. Felt pretty damn good at the end!

Have not been running, but me and the wife just finished a 15mile backpacking trip in Yellowstone National Park. Part of her side of the family's family vacation. Amazing landscape here.
