The ones that would be the biggest threat to us would typically be military-aged men. If this is a trojan horse then it would have been logical for those to be the one's hidden among the masses. So...we run them through a quick boot camp and make them assist France and Russia's troops in combat to help fight the "terrorists" they are running from.

Well, that "two families only, yet" didn't last long. Saw some new statistics and it was (I think...) 12 in the Kenner area (I TOLD YA SO!!!), 4-5 in Baton Rouge and 1 in Lafayette. Going on memory but it's nowhere NEAR hundreds or thousands but went from 2 families to a few more pretty quickly.

Send them all to a nice safe FEMA camp like the Katrina refugees and keep them there until background checks can be completed. This would allow the reuniting of families and ample time to investigate anyone suspicious before they enter our population. If the Pretender in Chief would open up some of the (supposedly) secret FEMA camps we would not have potential terrorists moving into our neighborhoods. Keep all the eggs in one basket until you pick out the good ones.
