      In seattle, wa this was done! When the city ran out of money a few local pawn shops and gun shops set up shop across the street and bought the rest of the guns, most people went to the shops anyway since they were offering cash and not prepaid credit cards.

      you are correct it was my understanding it was the BATFE, however when i asked both of them again it was due to local laws with zoning, and have looked into it myself since where i live, is zoned commercial/residential, i could in fact apply for FFL.

      According to their website they are up north as i have my eye on the lapua, and neil, if someone places a bid of lets say a grand and you bid 900.00 then the bid moves up to 900.00 but the other person is still high bidder.
