i lost my airhawk to my 8 year old... me and my stupid bets

I bet her that she couldn't hit a dime at 50 yards in under 10 shots. she nailed it on shot #6 and consistently kept a quarter sized group. it was her first time using a scope or that rifle (she's only shot my old red rider a few times in the past.) no bench vise, just a bag in front with an...

I'm looking for a particular gunsmith

I am looking for a gunsmith who, I believe, is in the gonzolas/prairieville area. I only know that his first name is Carlos and I believe his last name starts with a "v". I've lost his card and I would like to contact him about a few things. If anyone may know who I am talking about, please...

if you had a choice of one of these guns...

Looks like im gonna go with the .410 and my family has noticed that im having such a hard time with my decision, they let me pick one more. So i choose the navy colt along with the 410.

if you had a choice of one of these guns...

Yes the navy colt was well loved. It comes with an old leather holster, belt, two pouches, belt and buckle, oiled leather backpack and a lot of memorabilia. And a bullhorn powder flask that he hand etched a wildlife scene on. Although it was a replica, he went the whole 9. I believe he was...

the 16 gauge's markings are only springfield arms company and pat applied for with 1302 under the barrel. i'm having trouble finding this exact one on the net.

if you had a choice of one of these guns...

the shotguns the 16 gauge the 410 and the hard on the eyes and i'd imagine very hard on the shoulder 12 gauge.

if you had a choice of one of these guns...

the 12 gauge is extremely short and the stock looks like it was made in someones back yard while they were drinking and playing with fiberglass.

if you had a choice of one of these guns...

i have a choice of one, and the rest are getting sold in an estate sale. in order to keep this thread less pic heavy, i will post a more detailed pic of which ever one catches your eye. from left to right, there is a springfield armory crack barrel side by side 16 gauge shotgun, a win...

s&k instamount scope mount for p17

it sits ridiculously high (at least 1/4" higher than normal") and, for certain scopes, the spacing doesn't give you much room for play. this scope/ring setup is probably the worst setup for this mount, but it's only for show and tell at the moment. i have a 42mm scope that would look good on...
