That PRS is one heavy SOB! Id go with an M4 type stock or even an A1 or A2 style. Lightweight bbl and stick with plastic handguards with the ranges your are shooting at. Also Id stick with a standard BCG.
Thats a damn good price. Ive never dealt with Bud's but you can buy ArmaLite with confidence. Lifetime warranty with factory rifles. The Brunton Bump (case deflector) is to deflect the empty cases forward, so it shouldnt bother you if you shoot left hand.

Rifle range is open every weekend now.
Shotgun range should be open mid November give or take. Pistol range sometime after. I think they are running out of money to complete the entire plan. Once again though, you can shoot pistol at the rifle range for the time being.
I dont know for sure when the pistol range will open. LDWF website seems to be down at the moment. You may keep trying there, click on hunting and then ranges. John Sturgis had been updating info there.
