Selling a pistol
Military members may be residents of another state for tax purposes and marry person in the area they are stationed. That person would be a local resident. When I got stationed here yrs ago my wife became LA resident while I was still a FL resident.- tbeubs17

Non-Resident Gun Sale
I am a reservist at Barksdale and they sell guns in the base exchange. I have seen AD guys buying guns as long as they have a copy of their orders stating they are stationed here.- tbeubs17

Question about pardons
Thanks for the info..I know he had the FL license first but didnt make sense why he would be able to get it and not LA. I tried tracking down the info myself but got tired of reading :)- tbeubs17

I have a friend with a non-res FL license who is pretty chapped by the latest news. I 've told him to just get a LA CHL as I have both and he says that when he tried he was told he couldn't due to a conviction he had several yrs ago. CHP in 19 days!
Backlog Wife called on her license today and was told they are waiting on cards and printer ink. They said it is due in Friday and they will be working the weekend to try and get them out. Supposedly over 2000 to print up. -

Wait Wife sent hers in late Feb/early March, she called mid April to check on it and was told it would be put in that Friday and after that would be 30-45 days. She called last Thursday and was told it was in process, on Friday she got a new fingerprint card and a letter saying hers was not... -
