Wal Mart in Crowley has a good bit of 9mm. WWB 100 rounds, and 50 rounds, Tula 9mm, and HST 20 round boxes. Guy claimed they don't have problem keeping anything in stock except for 22lr.

+1 its been a pain in the ass, but I have managed to get a nice amount of .22lr lately. Got a 525 round Remington order, and a 2100 round Federal order in the past couple weeks along with numerous packs of 50 CCI that I place daily that I pick up at once in one big order.

Only one around here is at Lakeside shopping center and they don't sell ammo. Even if they did I wouldn't spend my money there. I stepped foot in there only once. Nothing impressed me enough to ever go back.

I've been ordering ammo from Cabela's for co-workers so they can take advantage of my $5 shipping offer. I'm racking up bonus points on my card. Since February they've earned me several free boxes of ammo.
The UPS guy delivers ammo to my work almost three times a week most of the times. Must be thinking we're nuts.

I dropped by Interstate Guns off S. Morrison in Hammond yesterday and they had a pretty good bit of ammo. 9mm, 223, some 22LR, .40, .45 and more.

Just finished traveling through LA on I10 and stopped at most Academy's along the way and was able to pick up a good bit of .22lr at reasonable prices. Not the same here in south Texas!

Stopped by Wal-Mart in Hammond for some office business and they had 20 boxes of WWB 100 rds for $26.67 along with an ammo can of American Eagle 223 for I think $460 or so. Had quite a bit of .223 and 5.56. Had sold out of .22 but clerk said they have been getting .22 for 3 days in a row now on morning shipments but course the same 7AM crew cleans them out. Also had quite a few boxes of WWB in .40, .45, and even some .380 auto

Academy in Hammond must have gotten a shipment today. Well stocked with pistol ammo of all calibers. Had 2 1000 rd cases of UMC 9mm for $233 I believe. Quite a bit of .40 and .45

Apparently Academy is only limiting .22lr now. Lots of 9mm was on the shelf, mostly Hornady self defense rounds. Lots of WWB .45 also. A few other flavors as well. Guess this thread is about to finally die.
