    1) the Secretary of Agriculture with respect to food resources, food resource facilities, livestock resources, veterinary resources, plant health resources, and the domestic distribution of farm equipment and commercial fertilizer;

    (2) the Secretary of Energy with respect to all forms of energy;

    (3) the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to health resources;

    (4) the Secretary of Transportation with respect to all forms of civil transportation;

    (5) the Secretary of Defense with respect to water resources; and

    Google and research are friends, people. ;)

    This document is actually 18 years old. Parts of it have been rewritten. Some sections, in particular 102, use original terminology or whole passages . There is a reason it's not been reported. It's old news.

    I'm not suggesting it might not be a questionable document. But BHO is not it's original signing President.

    I meant to put this with my above reply. So if it is old why is BO just now signing it?

    WND is giving it a pass...IDK whats under the surface but seems like even the # 2 tin foil site is giving it a pass

    “If someone wants to make the argument that this is an expansion of presidential powers, then do so based on actual language,” warns Jacobson. “There is enough that Obama actually does wrong without creating claims which do not hold up to scrutiny

    Read this whole article, sounds like this is biz as usual...not like I know, but this a site who makes a lot of each opportunity to slam osambo, and they are not so upset

    The end of the constitutional government happened long ago, but we have been trained to accept it. My childrens generation will be trained to accept the current events unless men stand up to stop what is happening. All I see is people speaking and posturing though, with no action. I admit I am one of them.

    Absolutely. Many are just waking up thinking this began with the current or the last president. WRONG!!

    True statement

    I thank People like WND and Alex Jones...and a lot of other " sky is falling " people, they may be overly alarmed and even guilty of making a living at it BUT, we have so much more information now than was possible 10 or even 20 years ago, this plus the internet and cable 24 hr news.

    At least now so many more people are exposed to the facts, a few are coming around...will it be in time ???

    I'd hope more started looking at Info and WND and the like, read their stuff and look into the background,

    Oh man. Yes, this has been around but it still GIVES the Pres. the POWER to do whatever he so desires whenever he desires to do so. Why did he just sign it? So that should by some exceedingly remote chance he would be "voted out" he can eternally stay in. You see, this Executive Order is now in effect. Whenever a Pres. signs it the order expires when he leaves office. BHO has just signed it for his term and if anyone thinks they can simply explain this Order away as poppy cock the more peace to you. Never in any previous administration has all of the dominoes been lined up like they are in this administration. Terrorist and communists and socialists are running rampant in this "regime" and they are ready to strike.

    It's like the 2nd coming, no man knows the year or day or hour it will occur. And in this regard, we (us) do not know when the Govt. is coming for us but all indicators are it will be sooner than later. Anyone who has eyes, ears and some amount of gray matter in their skull shoul be able to realize this.

    But then again, nearly all Americans have been getting doses of fluoride for decades now and it has apparently been taking a heavy toll on our ability to think clearly and reasonably. Exactly what the Powers had hoped for.

    We've had similar since Reagan and absolutely Clinton was handed a lot I authority to the Executive Branch. And let's not forget the past two administrations under Bush... It was worse (thus far) under him. This guy - or whomever is handed the position - will exceed Bush's two terms of tyranny. That's how it works. It's not a linear equation, it's geometric.

    The electorate is being fortified to withstand and thwart critical voting.

    If this Pretender is doing anything positive at all, he is making sure at the ballot box that his kind will start remaining in power for many decades to come.

    I may never see it, but I would bet my kids and/or their kids are going to experience another civil war. Way too much disparity in the culture.

    These are the legal papers the government will display when taking all your crap, for the greater good. In the name of homeland security.
    This is the justification they will announce when they force civilians into a life of slavery.

    Here's a synopsis for you:
    To ensure the country remains secure and the government can take care of it's people (sheep), the government reserves the right to deny the citizens any and all rights, as once guaranteed by the constitution/bill of rights, at any time and in any way deemed necessary by the government. There will be no questions. That is all.

    This has been true since the first EO signed by (I think) Roosevelt.
