So since it seems I got torn apart earlier, just how many people do you know that stop at doing pot and don't do anything else? I can count on no fingers the ones I know. Or the synthetic weed mixed with other creative chemicals. Giving someone a medical exemption is going to lead to huge abuse of the system, or using the card to explain actions performed while under the influence of illegal substances.

I'm not even supposed to hand someone a weapon if they act like they're high.
