Reminds me of a video of a guy in convenient store with no pants and the clerk is yelling at him to get out. Some guy comes up from the back of the store yelling at the clerk "This is why we served, so if he doesn't want to wear pants, he doesn't have to!".

It's only an arguably unacceptable answer IF he is either - Endangering Himself, Endangering Others, Harming Himself, Harming Others, etc. (ie - like you mentioning someone exposing their genitals - which no intellectually honest person would use as a comparable example to this scenario).
