have lived in several states, Louisiana is by far the most heavily littered. when i first moved down here(end of 05) i just assumed it was debris from katrina. i have learned that its just a bunch of lazy dirty bums.

Litterers are either 1) disgusting people or 2) simpletons who don't know any better (who are also disgusting people).

The only ones who can get away with it are little kids or the mentally impaired, and even then their parent/guardian should be teaching them better and cleaning up after them.

I've pulled over and picked up after my then 4 year old when he threw a mint wrapper out the window.

He now has the "litterers are disgusting" mentality.
