      Constitutional Carry, passed the House of Representatives by a veto proof majority

      Problem is that in Louisiana, passing with a veto-proof majority still isn't a guaranteed pass. If the Governor vetoes it or "pocket vetoes" it, the bill, even though it passed by a veto-proof majority, still has to go back to the legislature for them to vote on whether to override the veto.

      I checked them out once. Seemed to be comparable to FRC, but since I live closer to FRC, I'll stick with them. They seem enough alike that I'd suggest making your choice based on convenience.

      One of the first things you learn in retail training is nothing is considered stolen until it's out the door. If suspicion of shoplifting is really the only reason the guard wanted to detain your friend, I'm sure the he got a reaming from a manager who's praying this doesn't go any further.

      There are a few conversions out there, but if your rifle is in fact a genuine Ishapore 2A, it was originally manufactured as a 7.62x51 and if your 2A is sound it's safe to shoot with .308, but I'd be leery of Hornady Light Magnum, or Superformance. If I had one, I'd feed it handloads or...
