      Academy has a Rossi 38 for $239. I have never owned one. Are they a decent revolver? Considering it for a "camp" gun.

      Louisana to Alaska, how best to bring a pistol

      AR scarcity must now be over

      While at the Academy in Lafayette I saw they had 3 AR's. One for $799, one for $999 and one for $1100. First AR I have seen there in about 4 months. The sales person said they had been there for a couple of days. Now the prices just need to keep coming down.

      Lafayette Gun Show

      I went at 4pm today. Not very crowded. Everything still high. AR's are slightly lower in price but still way to high. Same with ammo. I did not buy anything.

      There is nothing wrong will putting something for sale and asking whatever price you want to ask. This doesn't make you a douche bag or an *******. If it sells then it was obviously worth the price paid by the person buying it as evidenced by the fact that the buyer bought it. Nobody forced...

      At a minimum if background checks are required for all transfers/sales then they can shut down the entire market of selling and transfering all firearms by just not answering the phone when an FFL calls for a background check.
