.22 vs. 17 HMR
I just bought another .22 yesterday, but if you dont have a .17HMR, Id defiantly go with that. I LOVE shooting mine, and its very deadly if you plan to kill stuff with it. Make head shots though!! -

Loaded Firearms ~@¿@~
1 Loaded next to the bed, one loaded in the truck, 1 unloaded with a loaded magazine within a foot of the gun. The rest are not loaded, but are in very close proximity to loaded magazines, or bullets to load -

If/when you decide to start shooting, I wouldnt mention anything. The element of surprise may be what keeps you alive. If you yell, and draw attention to yourself, you may get one shot, but who says the "thuglets" arent packing? Once you announce your presence, that gives thug #2 to draw down...- hot shot

I knew some had been answered, I thought a few were new. Search HATES me. It never works. Results of SBR search netted me nothing. It showed 4 pages or something of results. I was able to see what was on the first page, It wouldnt allow me to go to any other pages. -

Any advice on keeping a gun in the car?
Yea, Im a few days late, and only read to page 5 so far, but I carry in my boat OFTEN, then again it is a hunting boat. Ive been checked many times by LADWF, they never say anything, cept to check the capacity (shot gun and duck hunting) dont see where carrying a gun in a boat of any type...
