How well does the gun draw from that pocket holster while fighting hand to hand? Would it be better with a pocket hook?

Good point. That holster is a "convertible" holster, meaning that you can remove the rectangle backing that makes it look like a wallet in your back pocket. I have been carrying it for the last couple of months without that piece and it not only draws better, but it FEELS way thinner and lighter.
