      WOW! Talk about a blast from the past. In two ways, even! I remember seeing this cartoon in one of my school history books in high school! That's a funny coincidence. Just goes to shows that the problems of today are the problems of yesteryear, and will surely be the problems of tomorrow.

      Two shootings on Bourbon Street this weekend

      Knowing what I do of St Louis, which is almost always in the top 3, I don't doubt that NOLA doesn't make it to the top of some. Bourbon Street is TERRIBLE and surely ups the 'average' for the city, but places like North, and East St. Louis are giant cities of Bourbon-Street-grade-violence.
