I'm in the middle of the latest edition of P90X. X3 is a condensed version of the originial P90X. The theory being that the most effective part of the workout is the first 30 minutes, and workouts that go for an hour mean that you are likely to pace yourself more and not get the most from it...

Carry what you are most comfortable with. You like a Glock, carry a Glock. You like the 1911, carry that. There is entirely too much time wasted arguing which pistol is superior. I like choices. For now my choice is the 1911, specifically the Ruger SR1911 Commander.

Sorry to hijack, but, aside from the Concealed Carry issues, that's why we have so many DWI's and DWI-related deaths in Louisiana. This just ain't right. :crazy:
