2. The muzzle is never pointed toward someone (unless you intend to shoot them).
3. Practice and become comfortable shooting your weapon.
Bush's daughters had Secret Service protection as adults. Bush signed a directive before he left office to extend their protection beyond the normal period. I have seen Jenna Bush Hager on Tulane's campus twice, and she definitely had security guards but I don't know if they were federal or private.
They are probably there for the mice. Get rid of the food and they will move on. Too bad cooler weather is coming. That will slow down their departure. If it's warm they will move on quickly.
Mottled ducks often fly tightly as pairs, whereas others are in larger groups. That's the first clue before you are close enough to discern what they are. You still have to be careful with your targeting since the limit is one mottled duck.

Drive around New Orleans and look at the fire hydrants. If the streets have not been repaired recently, then you will see hydrants that are as high as your waist or more from subsiding land.
A layoff doesn't make sense with the current teacher shortages. Some school systems are offering as much as $10K signing bonuses. Arizona and other states are letting people with < a bachelor's degree teach.
