we've used them for years mostly on j frames but don't remember them being soo hard to contact concerning your order. phone contact is virtually impossible and e-mail is just as bad. i understand they are a family run business but would think that since they are the only ones left around that...
Factory hard case, both factory bbls, 4 mags, henning straight trigger, believe gun has EGW sear (as guy we bought it from said it was installed with trigger ) henning alum checkered grips, Barry side mount with c-more red dot. Asking $2000
i've got a couple of shotty guns that have locked-up shooting the winchester bulk rounds, sticking in the chamber. no problems w/ the federals or remington tho. your mileage may vary. laura&vic
had one done over some years back but was lacking factory sights. would like to find the equivalent to the ivory dot front sight and factory 2 screw rear. any leads? most cordially, laura&vic
had one several years back, good gun for the money. mine had no extended safety and G.I style sights.shot it with the factory mags and had no problems. by the time i started pricing upgrades like different sights, ext safety, machine work and the like, i sent it down the road. bought a kimber...
have 3 mueller 4.5 - 14 MPV's on a cz 452 lux, a savage bvss 22 me thinks, and on a savage 22 hornet single shot. all are very clear repeatable scopes w/ parallax adjustment down to 15 yds me thinks. their warranty is one of the best in the business, if you ever need it. we have not. buy w/...
have had the "non" trench model for 2 yrs or so w/ no problems. got around 400 rnds down the pipe so far. ran across a post somewhere about backing off the exposed slotted screw in the bolt a 1/4 turn [counter-clockwise me thinks] and seemed to lighten the action up a bit. mine will hold 6 in...
just my $.02, stay with the balance beam scale. it takes no longer to weigh the charges when zeroed compared to a digital. i also believe the beam scales are more precise as you can watch the beam move with single kernels of powder, try that with a digital. if you're into i phones and i pods...
anyone know if the NRA offers "private" e mail accounts for sale to members like REAGAN.com that rush limbaugh hawks? am tired of all the junk and spam. if we're going to pay for one i'd just assume give it to the bra. laura&vic
+1 on the savage 10 fcp. we have 2 and will shoot bug-hole groups w/ selected reloads. stocks are solid and comfortable, rifle has good weight and not soo expensive if you decide to move to something else later. we have no regrets! also, +1 on what barney88pdc said, if you are looking past 600...
did it for years when i reloaded 223. it's not something you would want to do for precision ammo but, works just fine if all you want to do is make noise. you really can't pack enough of it in the case to get yourself in a bind. worked for me w/ no problems.
you did not say if you plan to shoot with the gun mounted or lo-ready. lo-gun you might have a small advantage w/ the shorter barrels. mounted, if you have your hold points established, i prefer the longer barrels as the added weight helps your follow-thru. you have plenty of time to break the...
