M1 Garand ?
I have a century import M1. Mine evidently came from Taiwan as it has a barrel from there and the rear sight has Chinese markings. Other than that it is a mid 40's springfield armory receiver, International harvester bolt and the other internals appear to be SA as well. Furniture is in good... -

Tell me about it. The Norinco quality is nothing to brag about. If these rifles were still importable you could probably pick one up for less than $1k. The varnish job on the front end is surprisingly nice though. slowhandlukem If i can get around to it I will snap a few pics of the rifle. -

My SMLE
I have one made in Ishapore 1951 and it has a really dark stock. The action is much smoother on the enfield than the k98 IMO and I love the full length wood stock used on these rifles.- BayouDude

Ruger LCP .380ACP
Damn that is cheap. I just paid $329 for the hard chrome one in Houma last Thursday and thought that was a good deal. Shot the little gun on Sunday and was very impressed. -

Shot it this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Recoil is snappy but definitely manageable. With a little practice it should be fairly easy to become proficient with this little gun. I ran about 20 rounds through it without any jams or fail to fires. Now I just need to find a decent holster... -
