No non-resident CCW permits honored in LA as of today?
From all I've read on this message board over time my understanding is that as of toady, August 15, 2011, all non-resident CCW permits are no longer honored in LA. I know this issue has been hashed out to death but today is THE day. No flames please. Just a simple yes or no will suffice. -

I've read several posts about out of state CCW permits being carried in Louisiana. It appears that these permits, though they have reciprocity in LA, are frowned upon. What's up with that - if true....
