I was in fact being cute. Adults don't ask questions that are clearly answered In the link. If you wanted an adult response don't ask me to do your work.
Yea those 1911's are terribly unreliable in stock trim. This Springfield only has 98,000 rounds through it. That's completely un-possible!

Why Glock guys feel the need to compare these...
It's a thread based entirely on opinion. There is no right or wrong answer. I answered the question that was posed by giving my opinion why 1911's are better than Glocks. He is obviously just trolling so I threw the troll a bone, and he bit!
Good to know. You are saying you are not qualified to speak to the difference between the to guns. Excellent post.
I don't think that our forefathers would have a different opinion moving from Germany to Austria.
1911 has a soul and feels good to the touch. The Glock is a soulless hunk of plastic that is cold yet efficient.
I could only imagine what our forefathers would say. You chose German plastic over American Iron? SHAME!
The reason they have not raised the tax is only because it's actually written into the legislation. They would have to change the NFA in order to change the tax amount. I am sure they have tried to find a way around it.
I know Stephen personally and you are just flat wrong. The money is held in trust and removed as hours are billed. There are rules on what he can bill Fo and what e can't. Stephen has to pay the bills and this is going to eat up quite a bit of time he would otherwise be spending on other cases...
Just FYI a private party can own a cannon. It's called a "destructive device". We have a few. My brother is completely nuts about them. He has 3 and a breach ring for a 105. https://vimeo.com/111266720https://vimeo.com/111266730
