It's pretty clear who was driving the van, 981GT4. Did you crap your panties when the OP presented his weapon?
OP, thanks for sharing your experience. Be safe.
Thanks for sharing. I had no idea a yj nest could get that big. Good on you for helping out. Could be a good use for some sort of napalm shooting drone :)
Thanks for all your help Joey. You are true professional.
I was able to get it notarized. I did inquire and was told there could be some liability on the part of the notary if they were not the preparer. Some won't risk it. It was also their opinion that some won't notarize due to personal...
Can any licensed notary notarize a gun/nfa trust?
I was just told over the phone, "we don't do that". In reference to having my trust notarized. I'm assuming it's a personal/political objection on the part of the notary but, wanted to be sure.
Yes ar 15 carrier and charging handle gtg. The only differences are bolt, barrel and mags.
Get whatever barrel length you want. You just wont get that much more from a 16" 6.8
Of the three calibers you mention I chose 6.8 for hunting in this part of the country. If I lived out west I'd probably have leaned toward 6.5 One can argue for days even years about ballistics between 6.5 and 6.8 For my money, it was and still is a matter of barrel length/light weight and...
I'd look at Palmetto State Armory for complete mid length uppers and complete lowers. The FN barrels might edge out the Delton's in quality. They have Black Friday previews right now. They have optics too.
JCcypress + Interstate Guns = done. Other than a couple phone calls and emails with these folks you'll have to get your trust notarized and pick up your suppressor. You never really have to leave the house. Easy peasy! At least that's been my experience so far.
6.8 is my preferred AR hunting round too. Great choice. I picked a small square folding picnic table from Academy which might be an inexpensive option to get ya'll more comfortable and stable while shooting. Pretty sure I've seen that rifle at 68forums. Have a great hunting season!
6.8 SPC AR 15 Performance 12.5" midlength or Bison Armory 11.5" carbine length would be my choice in barrels. Many choices in ammo from plinking to hunting. Yes, I'm biased!
