No association with them but also check out the guys at esentia.com
They have a storefront on Pennywood around the corner from precision arms. Got a lot of the stuff for my 8 channel system from them and just finished building some infrared illuminators, yard looks like the sum is out now...
Just saw this here. I live a block from where this happened and know the first victim that got his eye all busted up. He was retired and worked at the hardware store around the corner. What was not on the news and was told to me by another neigbor that I know that lives a few doors down from...
"If you were referring to Exxon's contractor parking lots, rest assured that their rules preclude having a firearm in your vehicle. They brought the "dope dogs" (contraband dogs) to seven or eight facilities in Louisiana, including BR, a few months ago to check vehicles for drugs, firearms &...
I like 1/3 because of the whole site picture that you can see with your head up, both eyes open and the iron sites low in the picture. It must be the situational awareness thing and mostly related to hunting for me, it works great because of the speed at wihich you can get on a moving target...
Was there Saturday playing with a Kriss Vector and other stuff. My sister in laws brother had that, man was that fun. Road was in good shape, had several people there ask me about what to do with the self clearing cards. It must have been tactical day there, even had a guy with a 50 BMG there...
Im not sure what the cost difference is, never bought a box off the shelf but have been making some medium loads with power pistol and 158 Gr Green bullets for target / 158 Gr semi jacketed for carrying hunting. Have also loaded some regular lubed cast lead 158 gr (same as green bullets but...
I bike to work (10 miles a day) most of the time unless the wx is just too nasty. It's more about getting the exercise and saving on wear and tear on the 14 yr old truck than it is about gas. Don't burn much gas to make much of a monetary difference anyhow. 14 yr old rebuilt 3 times old trek...
I'll second the Iosso polish with media of choice, Walnut shells. corn cob, small pecan shells etc. La Reloading has various media, I usually get it from there. One additional note that I didn't see mentioned here is to be careful with the size of media when tumbling small necked down rifle...
Agree with all said here, but one thing to add. Don't accidently use Rem 5 1/2 primers instead of Rem 1 1/2 primers. They are both labelled small pistol primers. The 5 1/2 have thick cups and dont go off about 80% of the time in my .380's or 9mm (4 different handguns)
Had a previous post on...
Never had more than 4 benches occupied that morning but it was the first day of deer season outside the WMA. A month earlier when we were there we had to wait on a shooting bench. If others are like me, I like to go when the weather is cooler. It tends to gets busier in cool wx and around...
Just thought I would let you guys know the status of Sherburne, the wife and I went out there Sat to shoot rifles. Other than a few muddy spots at the sides of the road, all is in good shape. We came from Baton Rouge and there was only a short section of road work around Livonia. No work at all...
I am also very pleased with my chargemaster. I have a little problem with static electricity but wiping the plastic parts with a fabric softener sheet fixes that problem every time.

If you see zivadog there getting his butt kicked that would be me ......... (PC version)
Just got Battlefield 3 a few days ago, had been playing bc2 but mostly during the winter. Too many outside things to do when the wx is warmer and extended daylight in the evening.

Went yesterday from Baton Rouge. The road was open all the way from BR on 190. Some work near Livonia in the left lane only. Porta cans are back at both the pistol and rifle range :-)

Google free targets, there are plenty of them out there in pdf format. I got to where I just keep them on the computer to print for range trips.....

forgot to add that my 6 1/2" Blackhawk has a Millet red dot on it that severely limits the choices for a holster unless one wanted to wait on a custom holster......
