Sure? FFL to FFL for transfer across State lines, but within the State?
I stand corrected. Face to face is fine, but if a shipper is involved it must go through a FFL.
I'm all for education about OC.
We advocate it as a means, that may or may be for 'you' and if it isn't then that's ok. If it is, then here's the laws you need to know and follow, and remember there are many more specific to where one lives. know those too, because lack of knowledge is not a...
Not sure if I'm reading it right that you think I'm for breaking the law. The OP asked the penalty, I posted the statute and section defining said penalty, up to multiple offenses for violent crime while armed to show how the penalty ramps up.
I don't think anyone should HAVE to pay to do...
I see we are still waiting on 'the List' :p
The law is a little convoluted, but sort of clear when you wade through reading it.

It was a discussion where everyone thought it was illegal, but no one could point to the statute and say 'and that's why'.
The question arose from another related discussion regarding the LSP cafeteria and was the LSP training facility an OC no-no.
"It's unlawful to OC at a police station" as stated in ... the statute is .... is ...." and no one can find it.
I'm not considering it at all. It's a case of having...
