      Can a "plug" be inserted into a high capacity magazine in order to reduce its capacity in order to comply with some existing and future laws? Like adding a plug to a shotgun to reduce its capacity. Does this meet the criteria set forth in the law?

      No Fmj Allowed! ???

      I went to my local range today to sight-in my .308 rifle. I was told by the range officer that FMJ bullets are not allowed but solid copper bullets are allowed. Is there a legitimate reason to not allow FMJ rifle bullets?
